Diana Athena’s writing is often inspired by her yoga and meditation practice exploring language alongside breath. Her poems stop and illuminate time inviting the reader to confront their own interiority against the outer limits of the body. Outside of poetry, Diana works as a yoga instructor and as an adjunct professor at LaGuardia Community College. Her first poetry collection “Echoes in Still Air” is forthcoming this November with Finishing Line Press.
